1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Channel Manager OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers.
2. Description of Service
Channel Manager OS is a property management SaaS platform that provides tools for managing short-term and long-term rental properties, including booking management, channel synchronization, AI-powered automation, financial reporting, staff management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Channel Manager OS. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and up-to-date information • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per company; sharing accounts is prohibited.
4. Subscription and Payment
Channel Manager OS offers Starter (9€/mo), Pro (29€/mo), and Agency (79€/mo) plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the platform. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security • Scrape, mine, or extract data from the platform • Impersonate other users or third parties • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without authorization Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
Channel Manager OS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Channel Manager OS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the platform but grant us a license to use it to provide the service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Channel Manager OS is also governed by our Privacy Policy (channelmanageros.com/privacy-policy). By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Channel Manager OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will provide a data export for 30 days following termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory local laws provide otherwise.
